Domestic Shipping

All orders will be shipped within 48 hours after order confirmation except weekends and holidays. Shipping usually takes 3-7 days for you to receive your products.

Returns

Your satisfaction is always our goal! So if you have any problems with a product or service, please feel free to contact us. THERE WILL NOT BE ANY REFUNDS GIVEN.

1. Items returned within 3 days of receiving your original order will be eligible for an exchange if it has evident manufacturing defects, such as the size, style, hair material, cap construction or color not matching the description. Please feel free to contact us, our customer service will reply to you as soon as possible.

2. Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell previously worn or used products.

3. Please note that if you need to exchange any or all parts of your order, you need to contact us first, and then the items can be sent back after you receive confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will contact you through email about your exchange. Buyer will be required to pay for the return shipping fee.

4. Care and styling products, accessories, and special order items are ineligible for return.

5. After the return request has been authorized, the items can be shipped back to the address we gave you. Please kindly send an email about your order number and returned package number.
